Twist to Burger
Idli Burger is cute mini healthy twist to a normal burger.
As we all know idlis are very light .So we use the goodness of idlis in the form of burgers.In this recipe we replace the burger bun with idli to make it light and healthy. Let's start making these cute mini idli burgers.
1.For Idli burger , we need to shallow fry the idli to make it crispy and golden brown.If you want you can even deep fry them or you can fry them in airfryer at 200`degrees for 7-8 mins or till idlis get crisp and golden brown.
2.For this recipe , we use oats idli.
3.After frying the idlis,shallow fry the tikki (of your own choice)from both sides till it get golden brown colour.
4.assemble the burger.Apply mayonnaise on one side of idli ,place tikki over that and then place slice of onion,tomato,cucumber,paneer(cottage cheese) and then apply tomato ketchup on other idli and palce that idli on top of cheese slice.
5. Secure it with toothpick and our mini idli burger is ready
6.Enjoy with your family members and friends.
