A treat for the vegetarians!MAKAI MAWA SEEKH KEBABIngredients1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels, crushed½ cup grated khoya (mawa)2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed2-3 green chillies, chopped½ tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder½ tsp cumin powderSalt to taste2 tbsps cornflour2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander 2 tbsps chopped fresh mint Butter for drizzlingOil for drizzlingMethod1. Mix mawa, corn kernels, potatoes, green chillies, Tata Sampann Chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, cornflour, coriander and mint in a bowl.2. Skewer the mixture on wooden stick so as to form seekhkebabs.3. Heat a nonstick grill pan and drizzle some butter and oil. Place the prepared kebabs and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes.4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedge and green chutney.
