These succulent kebabs are prepared with corn, potatoes and khoya and grilled to perfection. A treat for the vegetarians!

MAKAI MAWA SEEKH KEBAB

Ingredients

1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels, crushed
½ cup grated khoya (mawa)
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
2-3 green chillies, chopped
½ tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsps cornflour
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsps chopped fresh mint
Butter for drizzling
Oil for drizzling

Method

1. Mix mawa, corn kernels, potatoes, green chillies, Tata Sampann Chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, cornflour, coriander and mint in a bowl.
2. Skewer the mixture on wooden stick so as to form seekhkebabs.
3. Heat a nonstick grill pan and drizzle some butter and oil. Place the prepared kebabs and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedge and green chutney.
