I Never Get Tired of Eating This | Seonkyoung Longest

Yubu Chobap (Korean style Inarizushi)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium-size onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 lb vegan ground meat
1 1/2 tbsp soy sayce
1 tbsp maesilaek, korean green plum extract or maple syrup
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups cooked rice (I used hapa rice- half & half of white & brown)
1 1/4 cup chopped danmooji (the one I used is actually moojjanji, no sweet taste) or any pickleD veggies, chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 to 2 tbsp sushi vinegar or seasoned rice vinegar
22 seasoned yubu pockets (ajitsuke inari age)
