Hyderabadi Chilli Chicken Salan with Hyderabadi Naan
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - As required
Peanuts - 100 gms
Cashew Nuts - 100gms
Sesame Seeds - 50gms
Coconut powder - 1 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Onions - 2 nos.
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 1 cup
Cream - 1 cup
Chicken pieces - 500gms
Green chillies - 5 nos.
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Water - As required


DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, coconut powder fry it lightly and add some water grind into a fine paste.

Heat oil in another pan, and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, onions, ginger garlic paste saute it till slightly transparent.
Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder saute it and until all raw flavours are done and add cashew nuts and peanut paste make it into a slightly thicker consistency and add yogurt, cream mix it well.

Now, add chicken pieces cook it for 20 minutes by adding water.

At last, add green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves and cook it for some more time with the lid closed. Then switch off the flame.

Delicious Hyderabadi Chilli Chicken Salan Ready to serve with Hyderabadi Naan.
