How To Make White gravy | Easy White Gravy | Restaurant style basic White gravy | Beginners Recipe | Anyone Can Cook with Dr.Alisha

White gravy is very delicious and having different and unique flavors and looks royal. This is a basic White Gravy recipe
In this White Gravy, you can add paneer , kofta or mushroom or whatever you want to add.
Try this very delicious and simple recipe to clear your basics

Ingredients;
Cashew paste
Cream or malai 1/4 cup
Curd or yogurt 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Pepper powder (red/black/white) 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder(dhania powder) 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/4tsp
Salt

Method:
1.Add oil in a pan ,add cashew paste (to make this paste soak 15-20 cashews in water for 30 minutes and after that grind them in grinder and make fine paste). Cook it for 2-3 minutes or till it gets little thick.
2.Add Cream or malai and curd and mix them properly and stir it continuously and cook it for another 2-3 minutes or till boils starts to come in gravy.
3.Add salt,red pepper powder, dhania powder and mix them well and then add milk and water to adjust the consistency of gravy ,cook it for another 1 minute and add sugar (optional) and at the end add garam masala to enhance the flavor and cook it for 1 more minute and turn off the flame and our gravy is ready
Add paneer /kofta /mushroom whatever your want and serve it.
