Wash and chop the jackfruit. - Heat some oil in a pan and fry onions/garlic with spices. Add Jackfruit. Mix well. Let cook for few mins.- Add sauce. Combine thoroughly and cover to cook until tender that it falls apart with fork. - Fill in a sandwich with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
