I used Chowmein ( a local brand)2-3 cup veggies ( I used celery, carrots, onions, mushrooms and peppers)2-3 tbsp veg oil2-3 tbsp soy sauce2-3 tbsp vinegar2-3 tbsp tomato Ketchup1 tsp salt1 tsp blak pepper1/2 cup sliced onion250 gms Tofu + soy sauce to season it1 tbsp each of ginger and garlic crushedOptional- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce/ garlic chilli sauce Begin by boiling noodles and set them aside.In a wok saute your veggies and add seasoning and sauces. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil towards the end and mix in with the noodles. Serve hot.
