I’ve been struggling with souffle cake for all of my life. But I finally figure out how to do it!

・Ingredients for 6×3.5 inches square mold (15×9cm)
80 g butter
60 ml whole milk
70 g all-purpose flour
10 g corn starch
5 large eggs
100 g sugar

・Ingredients for 9×3 inches square mold (21×8cm)※Reuse milk package
140 g butter
100 ml whole milk
130 g all-purpose flour
20 g corn starch
9 large eggs
180 g sugar
