How to make stuffed potato
Stuffed potato or bharwan aloo is an Indian recipe which is very easy to make and very delicious in taste
Ingredients:

Onion- 1 medium finely chopped
Tomato- 1 medium finely chopped
Paneer(cottage cheese)-150gm
Coriander leaves-chopped
Cashewnuts-20gm
Raisins-20gm
Cumin(jeera) seeds-1/2tsp
Red pepper powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder(haldi)-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Dhania powder-1tsp
Salt(according to taste)

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds(jeera).
2. Add onions and sauté them till golden brown
3. Then add tomato and cook it till it leaves the oil.
4. Then add salt, red pepper powder, turmeric powder, dhania powder, garam masala.
5. Then add raisins(kishmish) and cashewnuts(kaju)
6. Then add paneer(cottage cheese) into it and mix them well.
7. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves into it and again mix it
8. Hollow the centre portion of potato with a peeler to make space for stuffing.
9. Fill the potato with the stuffing and brush them with oil.
10. Place them in a microwave safe bowl .
11. Then pour that remaining centre portion of potato in that bowl and pour some more stuffing over that.
12. Drizzle some oil over it and finally pour some water over it so that our potatos does not get dry in the microwave.
13. Microwave it for 11-12minutes or till the potato get properly cooked
14. Serve hot.
