How to make Soya Chunks Spicy Recipe | Tangy Nutri Stir-Fry | Meatless Protein Rich Healthy Vegan | Eat East Indian

Nutri or Soya Chunks are a great source of protein for vegetarians and this dish is so easy to create. Three sauces that i used in this dish are : 2 tbsp of BBQ Sauce, 2 Tbsp of Sweet Chilli and 2 tbsp of Hot Buffalo Sauce.. The flavours are incredible together and for spices- i just added salt per taste and curry powder. 200 gms of Soya chunks can turn into this delicious dinner and you can impress for vegetarian and vegan friends with this creation of yours.
