Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
4 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger piece
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp crushed Ginger+Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Amchur
Salt to taste
2 cups boiled mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup boiled Peas
A handful of broken Cashew nuts (Optional)
Coriander leaves
2 cups Maida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ajwain
4 tbsp Oil
Water to knead the dough
Oil for deep frying
