Spread the love! :)Ingredients:4 tbsp Oil2 Onions, chopped1/2 cup Coriander1 tbsp Garlic Paste1 tbsp Ginger PasteSalt to taste2 tbsp Raisins2 tbsp Cashew Nuts, chopped1 tbsp Mix MasalaWater, as required6 Raw Bananas, peeled, chopped & friedIngredients:Water, as needed1 1/2 cup India Gate Basmati RiceFried Onions, to tasteCoriander leaves, to tasteSalt to tasteMethod:Add oil in the pan.Once heated, add onions, coriander leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, raisins, cashew nuts, mix masala & a little water.Let is cook well.Then add the raw bananas and cover the pan to let the mixture cook.To make the rice add basmati rice in a bowl and add water to it.Keep it soaking for 15 minsThen par-boil the rice.Once the right is half cooked and cooled, add fried onions, coriander leaves & a little bit of salt. Mix it and then top the gravy with the riceCover the pan and let the biryani cook for a good 10 minsBiryani is ready to be served!
