Ingredients:
4 tbsp Oil
2 Onions, chopped
1/2 cup Coriander
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts, chopped
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Water, as required
6 Raw Bananas, peeled, chopped & fried

Ingredients:
Water, as needed
1 1/2 cup India Gate Basmati Rice
Fried Onions, to taste
Coriander leaves, to taste
Salt to taste

Method:
Add oil in the pan.
Once heated, add onions, coriander leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, raisins, cashew nuts, mix masala & a little water.
Let is cook well.
Then add the raw bananas and cover the pan to let the mixture cook.
To make the rice add basmati rice in a bowl and add water to it.
Keep it soaking for 15 mins
Then par-boil the rice.
Once the right is half cooked and cooled, add fried onions, coriander leaves & a little bit of salt.
Mix it and then top the gravy with the rice
Cover the pan and let the biryani cook for a good 10 mins
Biryani is ready to be served!
