How to make Rava Dosa | Instant Rava Dosa | Easy hotel style Rava Dosa | Ananya Banerjee

Want to make crispy restaurant style Rava dosa at home? Now you can easily make it to your home in just a few simple steps! #ravadosa #instantravadosa

Ingredients:
1 cup fine Rava / Suji
2 spoon Rice flour
1 tsp whole Cumin or Jeera
Salt to taste
Green Chillies, finely chopped
2 cup Water
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 Lemon juice
Oil

Method:
In a mixing bowl, take suji, rice flour, green chillies, jeera, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt
Add water and mix everything well
Rest the batter for 10 minutes to soak suji
(consistency of the batter should be runny)
Heat up a pan on medium heat
Mix the batter well every time you make dosa
Pour batter first from the sides and then fill in the center
Drizzle some oil to make dosa crispier
Cook until the base is golden brown
Flip over to roast from other side too
Serve this Rava Dosa with chutney, sambar or have it as it is
