How to make Ragda Pav | Pav Ragdo | रगड़ा पाव | Snacks | Appetizer | ragada patties | Indian Street Food (Khana pakana)

Ragda Pav (रगड़ा पाव) is very famous street food in Gujarat state of Country India.
My Mom got this Delicious recipe at kitchen and we delighted with this superb Ragda Pav recipe.

In Saurashtra we used to make it regularly,in South gujarat people making misal pav / Usad pav which is near to ragda pav.

We thought to share with you people , you may like it.

Ingredients :
- Pav
- Green peas
- Tamarind paste (Imli ki chutney)
- Curry Leaves
- Red Chilli
- Indian Spices
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped Coriander
- Boiled potatoes
- Fried peanuts
- Turmeric powder
- Dates Chutney
- Salt
- Curd
- Besan Sev
- Garlic Chutney
- Oil
- Besan (chickPea) batter

Preparation :
- Take a pan and heat Oil
- Add Indian Spices (Khada Masala) ,Red Chili and Curry leaves
- Add Grean peas
- Add Tamarind paste
- Cook for 2 mnt
- Add besan batter
- Add Turmeric powder
- Add Salt per taste
- Add Garam masala
- Cook for 2 minute to prepare Ragda.

- Take bowl , Cut Pav in small pieces and add into bowl
- Add Cooked ragda into bowl
- Add Boiled potatoes
- Add Dates Chutney
- Add Garlic paste
- Add Curd
- Add Chopped tomato and onion
- Add Besan sev
- Add fried peanuts
- Garnish with Coriander
- Delicious Ragda is ready to serve.
