Jaggery, Ghee and Indian Spices.

According to Ayurveda, warm water and jaggery together work as an excellent antidote for your health. It boosts the natural digestive enzymes, speeds up digestion and is also very helpful in dealing with any kidney-related ailments.

Bajre ki Raab or Raabdi is a warm, soothing soup made using bajra flour, dry ginger powder, jaggery, Laung, Taj and loads of ghee in Gujarat and Rajasthan . Here is how to make Bajre ki Raab Recipe.

Energy Drink.

Ingredients :
- Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा)
- Ghee (घी)
- Jaggery (गुड़)
- Hot water (गर्म पानी)
- Ginger Powder (सोंठ)
- Cloves / Laung (लौंग)
- Cinnamon stick / Taj (दालचीनी)

Preparation :
- Boil the water and jaggery
- Add Cloves and Cinnamon sticks
- Heat Ghee in a pan
- Add Millet flour and cook on medium flame
- Stir continuously till golden brown in colour
- Add Boiled water and Jaggery mixture into pan
- Add Ginger Powder (Sunth)
- Stirring continuously, until it thickens
- Serve Raab hot or warm.
