Salted Caramel SauceIngredients:• 1 cup Sugar• 2 tbsp Salted Butter• ¾ cup Fresh Cream • 2 tbsp WaterMethod:1. Heat a saucepan, add water and suger to the pan. Slowly stir and caramelize to dark amber color.2. Add butter to the caramalised sugar, mix well. 3. Add the fresh cream and cook, stirring until all the caramel has dissolved.
