Simple way to make Paneer at home.
Ingredients:
1 lt. Milk
2 tbsp of vinegar
Water that is separated from the solids is called whey is really nutritious and can be used in soups, curries, forsaking dough or to wash hair.
Paneer made this way has a tangy flavour. You can wash it and proceed to convert it into a block or just use it in its current form.
