Easy peasy Soft Mysore Pak recipe for you all! #mysorepak #mysorepakrecipe #sweet #dessertIngredients :Besan / Gram Flour - 1 CupSugar - 1 CupWater - 1/4 CupGhee (melted) - 1 CupSaffron to garnish Method :Dry roast 1 cup besan on low flame for 10 minutes. Roast until it's golden-brown (aromatic).Add 1/2 cup ghee and mix well. Whisk to make sure there are no lumps.In a pan, take 1 cup sugar and add 1/4 cup water.Dissolve sugar and cook till the syrup reaches 1 string consistency.Add prepared besan mixture & mix well. Add 2 tbsp of ghee and give it a good mix. Keep stirring until it becomes one mass.Transfer this mixture to a tray lined with butter paper. Rest for 30 minutes. Carefully unmold the mysore pak without breaking.
