How to make methi malai mutter • Methi Malai Matar Recipe • | Amrit's Kitchen

I have used half the Quantity of Ingredients to make the methi malai mutter sabji dry. You can use below mentioned quantity for more gravy.

INGREDIENTS-

2 Bunch Methi Leaves.
1 Cup Boiled Green Peas.
2 Cup Milk
6 Garlic cloves
8 Green Chillis
1/2 cup Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. Cashew Nut Paste.
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream.
2 Tbsp Mava ( Reduced Milk )
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee.
1 Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
1 Tsp. Sugar ( Optional ).
