Today, I want to share with you my MAYO CHOC CAKE recipe.

I have been wanted to make THIS CAKE since I found a recipe from an old American baking book.

I used American mayo for the ingredients, and it turned out unbelievablely good!

9 cupcakes
・cake
115g mayo
65g sugar
1 large egg
2 tbs coffee granule +1/2cup hot water(120ml)
1 ts vanilla
90g all-purpose flour
1 ts baking powder
30g dutch processed cocoa powder
・mayo choc frositng
25g mayo
6g dutch processed cocoa powder
50g powdered sugar
1 ts whole milk
・cream cheese frosting
50g cream cheese
50g powdered sugar
