#MalaiKofta from #SujanFunKitchen - watch Saahitya, my channel guest make mouthwatering Malai Kofta.Ingredients:ButterGheeOilCorn flowerMaidaFresh cream as much as you like :PMashed potatoGrated paneerOnions chopped into chunksTomato’s chopped into chunksGreen chilli finely choppedGinger and Garlic paste / as a wholeJeeraTurmeric powderRed chilli powderCoriander powder Jeera PowderBay leafClovesCinnamon Cardamom Garam masalaSaltKasturi methiSteps:For the kofta balls:Take a bowl and mix the mashed potato, grated paneer, jeera powder and green chillies Add a bit of corn flour and maida to bring to a dough consistency Roll the mixture into lemon sized ballsDeep fry them until they are golden on medium flame and keep them asideFor the gravy:Heat butter in a pan/wok, add the onions and sauté until translucent Add ginger garlic paste and cook until onions turn slightly goldenAdd the chopped tomatoes, salt to taste close the pan and cook until turns mushyCompletely cool down and grind into a smooth pasteHeat the pan/wok and add some gheeAdd bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, turmeric powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and sauté until you can smell the spicesAdd the onion tomato paste and sauté until oil separatesAdd some more salt if required, Kasturi methi, garam masala and fresh cream to be addedMix well and this is now ready for servingServing:Arrange the kofta balls one beside the other in a shallow dishPour the gravy on top of thisGarnish with some fresh cream and this yummy, delicious is ready to be served. You can have the same with some rotis, naans, phulkas or even basmati rice.
