Sweet Corn Chat is a very delicious and healthy chaat or Chivda or Bhel or Corn Chiwda is Namkeen recipe made from Sweet Corn (American Makai) as main ingredients.

Other ingredients used are Besan Sev, Peanuts, Green chili etc..

We can use it in breakfast or as snacks any time.

You can server it to guest as a good snack option.

Ingredients :

- Edible Oil (Tel)
- Black Mustered Seeds (Rai)
- Green Chilly (Hari Mirch)
- Salt (Namak) to taste
- Sev
- Peanuts (Sing)
- Coriander
- Sugar to taste
- Curry leaves (Curry patta)
- Sweet Corn (American Makai)

Recipe :

- Take 2 tbsp Oil into pan and heat on medium flame. Add Rai (Black Mustered Seeds) , Curry leaves , Green chilli into oil and stare it.
- Half crush the Sweet corn and add into heated oil.
- Add sugar and salt as per taste.
- Add Sev into mixture and stare it.
- Crush peanuts and add into pan and stare for 1 minute.
- Stare for 2 minute and turn off the gas.
- Take out the mixture and add some sev and your Delicious Corn Chat / Makai Chevda is ready to serve.
