How to make ★Japanese Curry Croquette★〜カレーコロッケの作り方〜(EP91) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Welcome to Kitchen princess bamboo, Japanese everyday food. Today, I'm going to be making, Japanese curry croquette. We pronounce it "Korokke."

Korroke is a very popular snack in Japan. It's basically a deep fried seasoned mashed potato.

This recipe is a request from one of you guys Luis Felipe. Thank you so much!

Here I use the leftover from last week's chicken curry. You can also use meat sauce or cooked minced onion and ground beef.

〈ingredietns〉8 croquette

1.5 pounds potato (600g)
1 cup chicken curry ※ or meat sauce or cooked minced onion and ground beef

〈breading batter〉
