This Rava Jalebi recipe hardly takes any time and can be prepared very quickly.Ingredients:1 cup Rava1/2 cup Maida1/2 cup whisked Curd1 cup Water11/2 cup Sugar plus 1 cup Water1/4 tsp Orange Food Colour1/2 tsp Cardamom powder1 tbsp Lemon juice1/2 tsp Baking powderOil for deep fryingMethod: In a bowl combine the Rava, Maida, Orange Food colour, whisked Curd plus one cup water to make a smooth thick batter. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Next, make Sugar syrup of sticky consistency using Sugar and 1 cup water. Add cardamom powder and Lime juice and keep aside. Add baking powder to the batter and mix well. Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying. Fill the batter into plastic cones and shape as Jalebis into the Oil and fry until crisp.
