Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds/ cumin seeds. Fry and then add onions/curry leaves and peanuts. Fry along with salt/turmeric and red chilli.- Add veggies. Fry for couple mins. Add tomatoes.- Once tomatoes are tender, add rice flakes. mix well.- Add lemon juice.-Garnish with sev, cashews and cilantro leaves. Enjoy :)
