HUNG CURD

Ingredients

4 cups yogurt (dahi)

Method

1. Take a strainer over a bowl, place muslin cloth on it and add the yogurt and bring the muslin cloth hanging from the side to centre and tie a knot.
2. Place a heavy weight on top of the muslin cloth and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
3. Open the knot and transfer the prepared hung curd in a bowl. Serve and use as required.
