How to make home made wine | Mosambi Wine | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Make wine at home in just 15 days. In this video, I have shown how to make wine at home with Sweet Lime or Mosambi. Follow the instructions carefully and make sure to use only sterilized glass/ceramic jars and bottles. Also, use only a wooden spoon whenever required. Make sure to close the jars only with cloth and not with metallic or plastic lids and store in a dark place away from light.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
7 large Sweet Lime/Mosambi
750 gms Sugar
1 litre boiled and cooled water
4 Cloves
4 Cinnamon
A handful of whole Wheat
1/2 tsp instant yeast
