How to make Frozen Chapati at Home | Kitchen Tips for Cooking | Time Saving Cooking | Cooking Hacks | Hyderabadi Ruchulu

Usually, people buy frozen chapatis or parothas and heat them up at home or buy them directly. Here I'll show you how to make frozen chapatis at home without wax paper.
First, knead the chapati dough. To a bowl, add wheat flour, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Mix the ingredients. Mix by sprinkling it with water. Don't squeeze the dough, just mix water. After sprinkling with water, knead it into dough. Press with all fingers and knead the dough. The softness of the chapati depends on the kneading of the dough. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Put a lid and let it sit for a minimum of 20 minutes. This will set the dough. Knead the dough once again.  Take a little dough, Roll it into a ball and press it. Roll it in loose flour. Roll it into a chapati.  Sprinkle loose flour on it. The flour will remove extra moisture from the chepathi dough; it will also prevent the chepathis from sticking to each other. Sprinkle flour on both sides and store it in an air tight container. Sprinkle some more flour and put another chapati on it. Stack chapatis one by one by sprinkling it with loose flour. Secure the lid and put the container in the deep freezer. These chapatis can stay up to 3-4 months. I'll show frozen chapatis now. The frozen chapatis will be hard. Thawing for 15-20 minutes will make the chapatis softer like the dough. Dust off the excess dough and heat it on a pan. Flip and apply some oil or cook without oil on a pulka maker.  These frozen chapatis could be used for up to 3-4 months.
