Everyone loves Espresso Coffee. Let me show you how to make Espresso coffee at home without Espresso Coffee Machine.

Ingredients:
1 mug of Cold Full Cream Milk
1 tbsp Instant Coffee
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp boiling Water

Method: Pour cold Milk into a pan and froth the Milk by using a Stick Blender while slowly bringing the Milk to a boil.
In a bowl, combine the Coffee powder, Sugar and 1 tbsp of hot water. Whisk this mixture till thick, frothy and pale brown in colour. Add 1 more tbsp of hot water and whisk till it becomes paler in colour. Pour 90% of this Coffee concentrate into a coffee mug and pour the frothy hot milk over it. Top it with a tbsp of pale coffee mix. Piping hot Espresso Coffee is ready to serve. Thanks for watching IndianMomsKitchen.
