Eggs Kejriwal made with a World Record Egg

A very quick & legendary breakfast in the name of Kejriwal famous in Bombay is ready! The sunny side up egg over a toast and topped with green chilies and grated cheese is just going to make your breakfast perfect.

Ingredient Quantity
Brown Eggs 2 no.
Onion chopped 1 no.
Tomato chopped 1 no.
Green Chilli chopped 2-3 no.
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Grated cheese ¼ Cup
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Pav 2 no.
Oil for cooking
Method:
1. Cut the pav buns horizontally into halves.
2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and place halved pav buns over it.
3. Shallow fry both sides until light brown, sprinkle some red chilli powder in pan
and rub. Remove in pan and keep it aside.
4. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan; add chopped onion and sauté for 1 min. or till onion
becomes brown in color.
5. Add chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook for 2-3 min.
6. Add salt, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
7. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of coriander chopped and green
chilli chopped, mix well.
8. Break the eggs on the top of the masla and cover and cook for 1 min.
9. Add grated cheese, red chilli flakes, mix herbs and remaining chopped coriander
on top of the egg.
10. Cover and cook for another 2-3 min.
11. Place the fried egg on top of pav and serve hot.
