Ingredients

1/2 tsp baking pdr optional
1 cup big Onion
2 leaf curry leaves
1 piece Ginger / Garlic finely sliced
1 cup Gram Flour Besan
2 number ` Green chillies
1 to fry oil
2 tbsp oil or butter
1/4 cup Rice Flour
1 to taste salt

Directions

• Take a bowl add very thin sliced onions, green chillies,ginger sliced,curry leaves, if you want to add cashew nuts soak in water for 10 min and then add it to the onions,salt mix well.

• in another bowl add besan,rice flour, salt, jeera, baking powder, oil, now add the onion mixture mix well if need sprinkle water and mix well again.

• Heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown
