Tamarind Pulp2 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder1 tbsp. Garam Masala1 tbsp. Coriander Powder1 tsp. Cumin Powder1 tsp. Turmeric Powder3 tbsp. Gram Flour10-12 Curry Leaves3-4 Green Chillies, slit2 tbsp. Oil1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste½ cup Coriander Leaves, choppedMethod:-- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, fried onions, coconut, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, roasted gram flour and mix well.- Add the crabs, salt and tamarind pulp. Mix well.- Add water, stir and cook for 5 minutes on high flame covered with a lid.- Spread the parboiled rice on the cooked gravy and cover with a lid.
