Learn How to Make Classic Shortbread Cookies Recipe, a Quick & Easy Shortbread Biscuits Recipe from Chef Neelam Bajwa only on Get Curried.

Shortbread Cookies Ingredients:-
4oz butter
2oz castor sugar
6 oz plain flour
A handful of sultanas (optional)

Method:-
- In a mixer/grinder add butter, sugar, flour and mix it well.
- Take it all out, wrap in a cling wrap and roll the dough with hands into a sausage-like shape.
- Cut dough into biscuit shapes in equal parts and lay them on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle some sugar and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Let the biscuits cool down to room temperature.

Shortbread Biscuits are ready to serve!
