Make Cashew paste.- Heat oil in a pan and fry coriander/cumin for 30 secs.-- Add onions and mix well. Add ginger- garlic.- Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 mins. - Add chicken. Mix well. Add cashew paste.- Add tomato puree. Mix well. - Add curry powder and coconut milk. Let chicken simmer in curry. - Cook mushrooms in another pan.- Finish by adding garam masala and cilantro. Mix well. - Serve with Roti/naan or rice.
