Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:Corn flour - 250 gmSugar - 500 gmGhee - 100 gmMelon seeds (magaz)- 2 tbspDry nuts (chopped)- 1/3 cupCardamom powder - 1/2 tspLemon juice- 1 tspFood colour -orangeMethod:In a bowl add corn flour and water and make a batter.In a pan add sugar then add corn batter and keep stirring.Add nuts and mix well.Add ghee step by step and keep stirring till the corn flour cook in a ghee.Remove it on tray. Use butter pepper to lay tray.Sprinkle remaining nuts. And keep for set at room temperature for 3 to 4 hrs.Cut and serve.
