I love making baklava dessert as it can be prepared few days ahead. In fact, for the best flavor baklava needs to be rested for at least 8 hours before serving. When the sugar syrup is well absorbed, it taste amazing!

I saw some people making Baklava from puff pastry instead of Phyllo Pastry so thought of giving it a try and trust me, I like this baklava recipe better than the baklava made with phyllo pastry. #bhavnaskitchen
