8 tomatoes
1 fresh red bell pepper
Salt to taste
Whole garlic not skinned
Red kashmiri red chillies
Whole pepper corns
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp brown sugar or white sugar
3 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp chives
1 tsp lemon balm
1 tsp sage
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
