How to Cook Pancit Bam-I

Ingredients:
200 grams Good Life Egg Noodles
150 grams Good Life Premium Vermicelli
200 grams pork, thinly sliced
200 grams chicken, boiled and shredded
1 piece Chinese sausage, sliced
12 pieces shrimp, head and shells removed
1 1/2 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup carrot, Julienne
1/2 cup wood ear mushroom, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon Good Life Minced Garlic
1 piece onion, sliced
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
