Orange and White Pulav is a very basic and a simple preparation which can be made with little effort and even less ingredients. Made with paneer, carrots and black pepper this rice goes very well with dal, curry or even dry subzis. So cook it up and present it as a treat for the sore eye.

Ingredients:

2- 3 cups of boiled rice

100g grated paneer (cottage cheese)

1 bowl thick coconut milk

1 bowl grated carrots

Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

Orange colour

Oil
