Water For Kneading
Salt To Taste

Ingredients For Stuffing
1 ½ Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
1 Cup Chicken/Prawn/Pork Mince
2 Tbsp Chopped Leek
2 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Sake(Japanese dry white wine)
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
2 Tsp Castor Sugar
Salt and Pepper For Seasoning
Oil For Cooking

Tip:
Salt is added to remove excess moisture from cabbage.
