How to Cook Garlic Chili Oil 蒜香辣椒油 | Glad Life

Ingredients I used:
Crushed Chili Pepper
Garlic (chopped)
Canola Oil (Don't use olive oil since it has a strong flavor and it will change the taste profile, so vegetable oil is the best)
Ground pepper powder

You can add more oil based on personal preference. The ratio of pepper of and oil I used in the video is 1:4, but you can change the ratio to 1:10 the max.

碎辣椒
大蒜
白胡椒粉
植物油
根据个人喜好, 还可以加花椒粉,芝麻, 小茴香等其他的香料。
