HOW TO COOK ★EDAMAME IN 3 WAYS★ Boiled/ Baked /Chili garlic(EP234) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I want to share with you how to cook fresh EDAMAME.

A special kind of Edamame (丹波篠山黒豆枝豆) is in season and I got a big batch!

If you happen to have fresh EDAMAME on your hand, just give it a try!
It's so fragrant and full of flavor.

・Boiled EDAMAME
3 cups fresh EDAMAME
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 cup water

・Baked EDAMAME
1 cup fresh EDAMAME
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste

・ Chili garlic EDAMAME
1 cup boiled EDAMAME
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon soy sauce
