How To Cook Dal Tadka/ दाल तड़का By Archana | India Food Network

"Dal tadka can be termed as the most popular recipe in India. Not many people know how to do tadka on a daal, worry no more. Archana takes us through an easy recipe of not just the daal but the tadka on daal as well. Ingredients to cook Dal Tadka:
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi (fenugreek)
- 1/2 tbsp rai (mustard seeds)
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin)
- Coriander as per need
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 red chillies
- 7-8 curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 big bowl dal
- 2 tbsp oil

सामग्री पकाने के लिए दाल तड़का :
- 1 टमाटर कटा हुआ
- 1 प्याज कटा हुआ
- 1 इंच अदरक
- 1 बड़ा चम्मच कसूरी मेथी ( मेथी )
- 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच राय ( सरसों के बीज )
- 8-10 लहसुन लौंग
- 1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा ( जीरा )
- जरूरत के अनुसार धनिया
- 1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी
- 2 हरी मिर्च
- 1 बड़ा चम्मच मक्खन
- 2 लाल मिर्च
- 7-8 करी पत्ते
- नमक स्वाद अनुसार
- 1 बड़ा कटोरा दाल
- 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल
