How to Cook Crispy Pata Paksiw | Panlasang Pinoy

This video will show you how to cook paksiw na baboy using left over crispy pata. This recipe also works with leftover lechon, lechon kawali, and fried pork.

Pata Paksiw Ingredients:

1 piece leftover crispy pata
2 ½ cups lechon sauce
3 cups pork broth
2 pieces onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 pieces dried bay leaves
1 teaspoon whole peppercorn
½ cup granulated white sugar
¾ cups white vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
