Happy #WorldEggDay! We were lucky enough to visit Spier to meet Farmer Angus McKintosh and his gorgeous chicks! Chef Michael Cooke from Camphors at Vergelegen also joined us to get inspiration for a very special dish he's developing. (More on what we got up to that day coming soon!) For now, bask in the happy clucking noises of truly free-ranging hens while getting schooled in the basics of eggs.
