How to Start Working Out - Ep. 1 - CHEST PRESS

This is the first episode in our NEW SERIES! HOW TO START WORKING OUT! We have all been there, you walk into the gym, get intimidated by the men grunting heavily pumping iron, or the chick doing squats, so we get our butts as quickly as we can to the treadmill - because it feels "safe" and you likely know how to use it. No one wants to stand there and try to read the directions on a machine, so we resort to our comfort zone of good old cardio. (not that cardio is bad, but you need to incorporate other stuff, too!) This series should give you confidence to walk into a gym and change up your training with new exercises! Let us know what you think of this new series!
