PREP TIME: 5 MINUTESCOOK TIME: 10 MINUTESSERVES: 2-4 INGREDIENTS1 cup tapioca1 cup milk sugar1 cup coconut milk1 tsp vanilla essence1 large banana, sliced.1 cup pineapple, diced.1 cup water melon 1 tbsp salt DIRECTION Pour water on the tapioca and soak for 5 minutes. Pour milk into a saucepan over medium heat and let boil then add soaked tapioca , sugar, salt, vanilla, stir and let boil for 3 minutes. Add coconut milk, stir and let simmer for 3 minutes. Top with pineapple, banana and water melon. Tropical tapioca ready to serve.
