Add wild African basil, stir and let boil for 5 minutes. Add parboiled black eyed beans, stir and let cook for 10 minutes. Add plantain, adjust salt to your taste and let cook for 7 minutes. Add palm oil, stir and let simmer down for another 7 minutes. Nunum beef beans stew ready to serve
