How To Prepare Grilled Orange Chicken

PREP TIME: 30 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 40 MINUTES
SERVES: 2-4

INGREDIENTS
2 medium chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced.
1 tbsp orange pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh basil paste
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
cup orange juice

DIRECTION
Score the chicken thighs and set aside.
Pour olive in a mixing bowl, add garlic, orange pepper, paprika, black pepper, freshbasil paste, soy sauce, orange juice, salt and mix together.
Add the scored chicken thighs to the mixture and rub to coat evenly, cover with cling film and set to marinade for 20 minutes or more
Pre-heat the oven at 200c.
Grease the baking pan with olive oil and place the chicken thighs on.
Place orange slices on the chicken and cover aluminium foil.
Bake at 200c for 15 minutes then remove foil and grill for another 10 minutes.
Orange chicken ready to serve. Serve with potato wedges and shito sauce.
