How to Prepare Egg Stew

A simple way to make egg sauce that you can enjoy with some boiled rice or yam.

Ingredients:
3 large eggs, whisked
4 large tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 stock cube
2 scotch bonnets, chopped or dry pepper
cup of cooking oil
A pinch of salt
